I was very impressed with the knowledge of the service representative Kevin who came out to my house. there was an error made last year and I needed another service call. Kevin is the one who came out the second time. thoroughly inspected the fireplace to make sure there was no hazard. He was professional courteous and definitely knows his stuff. Parts were ordered and Kevin came back and thoroughly inspected and fixed my fireplace. He made sure there were no hazards he made sure it was working completely and the way it should be he took his time. If you’re calling Alpine request Kevin definitely! Ashley and Christina in the office are great they return calls immediately they keep you up-to-date on the status of the appointment and are Courteous and very nice I would recommend Alpine to anyone that needs repairs on a gas fireplace

Alpine Chimney Service has the most incredible customer service. We last had them in about two years ago, and they did a terrific and thorough job with our gas fireplace cleaning. When they came back this year, not only did Kyle do an expert job of inspecting and cleaning, he personally remembered and engaged with us. He happened to be here on Veteran's Day, and he went out of his way to be respectful, thankful, and kind towards my husband who had served. Not only is the company good at what it does, they are great human beings! They will absolutely be our go to for yearly servicing and any other needs that we come across.

Just bought a house that the previous owner said they weren't sure if the fireplace was usable or not. Alpine showed up on time, did a thorough cleaning for $225, and let me know we were good to go! He recommended some repair work that we can have them do after the season to keep it in good shape.
